The CROS system wirelessly sends the sound from the side where you cannot hear to your better hearing ear. This gives you access to all around hearing delight. This is a slightly larger behind the ear device than the CROS but it is water resistant. It uses a slim tube CROS rentention to sits in your ear to hold it in place.
