The Oticon Spirit Synergy BTE was issued in the NHS from 2017. It is an easy to use BTE hearing aid with program options and volume control. This model also includes Bluetooth and can also be controlled via a remote control (which is not provided by the NHS). The Spriti Synergy Power provides more needed amplification that the Synergy BTE model.
